Our Mount Adams® Pranayama Rectangle Yoga Bolster measures 25"L x 3"H x 6"W and weighs 2 lbs. It is firm and offers excellent support. It is made of 100% cotton and has a removable cover that is easy to wash.
It's a given when you do yoga that you need to have a yoga mat, but yoga bolsters can also become a favorite yoga gear essential once you have experienced how they benefit your workout. Also known as yoga cushions or yoga pillow, bolsters are props typically used during prenatal yoga, but also can provide much needed support during restorative yoga poses or meditation.
